Communities in Wudang district have carried out a variety of activities to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in recent days, aiming to promote traditional culture and enhance residents' sense of well-being.
Chuntian Community under Gaoxin Road Sub-district organized a series of festive events on June 14, including those related to making zongzi (rice dumplings) and associated fun games. The program also integrated traditional pitch-pot (touhu) experiences and free knife-sharpening services, adding both cultural interest and practical convenience, while increasing residents' participation.

Longguang Road Sub-district hosted a large-scale celebration event on June 15, where more than 300 residents took part in activities such as making zongzi and crafting sachets, as well as those with a more health-conscious mindset such as free medical consultations, and safety awareness campaigns.
Through close cooperation, participants made over 1,000 zongzi. After the event, staff members from the sub-district office visited 40 households in need, delivering festive gifts and extending their warm holiday greetings.
