Wudang district launched a comprehensive environmental improvement campaign to ensure a quiet, clean, safe, and orderly testing environment for all candidates of the national college entrance examination from June 7 to 9.
The district strengthened regulations over nighttime construction activities, entertainment venues, and catering businesses, strictly prohibiting any illegal noise disturbances that might affect students' revision, rest, or examinations.
Efforts improved sanitation and public order around examination sites, with street vending, unauthorized roadside operations, and business activities extending beyond shop premises cleared, while breakfast stalls and night markets were placed under stricter supervision.
Authorities also conducted regular inspections within a 500-meter radius of exam sites to promptly stop and disperse any activities that might generate noise.
Parking management was also improved, with measures taken to address illegal parking on sidewalks and the disorderly accumulation of shared electric bicycles, ensuring smooth access around examination venues.
