The highly anticipated Huaxihu Nailoong Theme Park officially opened to the public in Guiyang on Jan 10.
It is Guiyang's first theme park built around the hugely popular animated IP Nailoong. It features China's largest Nailoong inflatable installation for photo opportunities and immersive themed zones that offer a fun-filled, joyful experience for residents and tourists alike.
Departing from traditional amusement models, Huaxihu Nailoong Theme Park distinguishes itself with an "activity-led experience" approach. Through a series of themed interactive performances and story-driven play designs, it creates an immersive atmosphere of joy for visitors of all ages.
On opening day, the children's theatrical performance "The Greatest Showman" captivated families with its lively storyline and interactive acting. A grand Nailoong mascot parade wound through the park, with the adorable character posing for photos and interacting with guests, sparking waves of laughter and cheers. Themed flash mob performances added to the excitement, delivering one surprise after another.
The park also offers a variety of themed interactive activities. Visitors can take part in the Nailoong stamp rally free of charge, completing fun tasks to collect stamps and redeem limited-edition Nailoong souvenirs.
Beyond the activities, the park features themed market stalls and photo spots offering local delicacies, fast food, cultural and creative products, and interactive entertainment booths, meeting visitors' leisure and shopping needs while enriching their overall experience.
Looking ahead, the park plans to launch limited-time themed events and IP collaboration exhibitions. During the upcoming Chinese New Year, it will host the Nailoong Spring Festival Garden Fair, blending intangible cultural heritage with interactive technologies to establish a new urban cultural tourism landmark.
