Laping village serves as a key suburban vegetable supply base for Guiyang, with a planting area exceeding 726 mu (48 hectares). Previously, villagers had to transport vegetables by tricycle to Songjiaba Station, 10 kilometers away, to board public buses. This process was costly, time-consuming, and posed safety risks.
The Guiyang municipal people's congress organized forums to advocate for the extension of the bus route, after local representatives of the Wudang district people's congress gathered villagers' concerns and submitted suggestions. The transportation department conducted road surveys, the bus company optimized scheduling, and township and village committees completed the installation of bus stop signs and site leveling.

The extended route runs approximately 10 km and is equipped with vegetable storage racks to address villagers' difficulties transporting their produce. This route extension, collaboratively advanced by the congress, government, and relevant organizations, serves as concrete evidence of the delivery of public services that improve livelihoods.
