Available positions included roles in engineering, marketing, administration, and new media operations. The livestream attracted 22,300 views and received 209 job applications.
The event combined efficient interaction with convenient job-seeking. Viewers actively engaged in the livestream by asking questions about job requirements, responsibilities, and work conditions, with hosts providing real-time responses.
To streamline the application process, the livestream interface featured a prominent portal for online resume submission, allowing viewers to apply for their preferred positions instantly. The event also included segments on employment policies and practical job-hunting tips to better equip jobseekers.
The bureau plans to continue hosting online recruitment events to foster a favorable environment for employment and business development.
