Located in the Guizhou Wudang Economic Development Zone, AVIC Liyuan Hydraulic Co primarily produces high-end hydraulic equipment components for aerospace applications. Despite being a large aerospace manufacturing enterprise, the company also faces challenges related to clean production and waste resource utilization.
However, through a series of intelligent and environmental measures, the company is enhancing its green competitiveness, and in November 2023, it was awarded the title of "National Green Factory" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Efforts have been made in several areas.
In the assembly workshop, the company has implemented an intelligent track that circles the interior of the workshop, along with stereoscopic warehouse robots and intelligent transport vehicles. When workers at the assembly stations need materials, they simply press a button on the control platform.
Furthermore, AVIC Liyuan uses the Guizhou Industrial Cloud to conduct procurement business, creating an order-driven integrated production and procurement system. This has resulted in a 50-percent reduction in procurement personnel and greatly improved efficiency in handling orders in a timely manner.
These intelligent upgrades have significantly improved production efficiency, reduced labor demand, lowered energy consumption, and optimized the working environment for employees.
To better treat production waste, the company has installed a 20-meter exhaust gas purification tower and multiple exhaust gas purification devices in several workshops. Pollutants are removed through multi-level treatments to meet environmental standards before being discharged. The company also has a sewage treatment system, achieving zero discharge of production wastewater.
Additionally, the company recycles non-ferrous metal scraps generated from casting production by using third-party disposal agencies. This key aspect of the company's green circular production forms a closed-loop of raw material-production-solid waste-raw material regeneration, achieving the recycling of production waste.
In its green transformation process, the company prioritizes advanced green processes and equipment with high resource utilization and low pollutant generation.
The company follows a development path revolving around equipment automation, intelligent production units, smart workshops, and integrated factories to promote intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrades. This has significantly enhanced the company's production capabilities and product quality, building an industrial structure and production model with high technological content, low resource consumption, minimal environmental pollution, and a small ecological impact.
