Since May, the medical insurance bureau of Wudang district in Guiyang has implemented four measures to promote the development of "15-minute medical insurance service circles" so that people can benefit more from medical services.
Wudang established a leadership group and a specialized team to supervise development in various townships and communities, aiming to promote the work and promptly communicate and resolve related issues and difficulties.
An important aspect of the development work is connecting the medical insurance network to villages and communities to improve the efficiency of services provided to the public.
Following the requirements for the development of the "15-minute medical insurance service circle" network, the bureau signed a contract with Wudang Branch of China Mobile Communication Group Guizhou Co to promote the development of a medical insurance network.
Among the 110 villages and communities in Wudang, 109 have been connected to the medical insurance network so far.
To ensure that grassroots medical insurance personnel are familiar with the operations of medical service-related online platforms, the bureau has trained township, street, village, and community medical insurance personnel through policy interpretation, operational drills, and on-the-job training. Eight training sessions have been conducted so far, training more than 270 medical insurance personnel.
Wudang has also made efforts to bring more services to medical insurance agencies in townships and communities, enabling insured individuals to handle matters conveniently without traveling far.
