Wudang receives thank you letter for donation of supplies

Wudang district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, received a thank you letter from Shanghai Jiao Tong University on March 18 for its generous donation of epidemic prevention and control supplies.

On March 9, the epidemic in Shanghai intensified, resulting in the closed management of the Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University according to regulations.

As a result, Shanghai Jiao Tong University was in urgent need of epidemic prevention supplies.

After learning from a Guiyang student studying at Shanghai Jiao Tong University that there was a crisis at the university on March 15, Wudang coordinated with relevant departments and enterprises in its jurisdiction to gather anti-epidemic supplies for the university.

On March 16, 200 sets of medical protective clothing and 21,000 medical masks donated by Wudang were sent to Shanghai.

After the medical supplies arrived, they were disinfected and distributed to staff and students.

Shanghai Jiao Tong University thanked Wudang for its generous donation in a time of crisis.
