A total of 46 experts and skilled workers in Wudang district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, were recently granted "Wudang Priority Card".
Those who obtain the card can enjoy many preferential policies, in line with Wudang district's 12 trial measures for talent development.
The measures include convenience and services related to starting businesses, housing, child education, spousal work, social insurance, and medical security, among other things.

A conference commending the card winners was held on Feb 17, attended by Ai Jiang, head of the Wudang district government, as well as Li Liguo, Yu Yingxiong and Zhang Wei, all deputy directors of the talent work group of the Wudang district Party committee.
Meng Fanxin from China Zhenhua Group Yongguang Electronics Co, Tang Jingwen from Guizhou Warmen Pharmaceutical Co and Sun Shaoyun from Wudang Middle School delivered speeches at the conference as honorary representatives.
