Wudang district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, delivered 14 ambulances worth 4.2 million yuan ($60,085) to the district's medical institutes on Oct 30.
These newly-delivered vehicles will serve Wudang's eight township health centers, two community health service centers, as well as district hospitals and district disease control centers.

It is an important step made by Wudang's government to improve the medical emergency conditions of towns and villages and enhance the whole district's emergency rescue capabilities.
In addition to ambulances, Wudang also provided 30 sets of medical cryogenic storage boxes and 50 refrigerated bags to its medical institutes.
These healthcare resources will be incorporated into the 120 emergency system of Wudang as soon as possible.
