Co-established by Guizhou Red Cross Foundation, Guiqian International General Hospital and other organizations and individuals, the fund aims to provide fast and targeted assistance for patients with various diseases.

The fund relies on a big data service platform to organize online and offline fund-raising campaigns, and help patients from impoverished rural areas, low-income families, and those with disabilities.

After the launch ceremony, volunteers of the fund carried out free diagnosis sessions and epidemic prevention information dissemination activities at several communities in Nanming district.
