The official Chinese website of Wudang district, Guiyang, in Southwest China's Guizhou province, was selected in China's top 100 districts' and counties' websites, due to its excellent performance, according to a 2019 report on Chinese government websites.

The report was released at a meeting held in Beijing Dec 16, under the guidance of CCID Consulting, which is directly affiliated to the China Center for Information Industry Development at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and hosted by the China Software Testing Center.
Centering on the acceleration of service-oriented governments and improvement of governance systems and abilities, the evaluation examined candidates on more than 60 indexes, including content completeness, service experience, and data management and application.
Wudang district has attached great importance to its website and has made intensive construction, column optimization and integrated page changes. It launched a new version of its website in September 2018.
Covering some popular and practical columns, including government openness, online services, culture and tourism and interactions, the new version is dedicated to developing a convenient and satisfactory platform for users.
The Wudang website plans to further information openness on healthcare, education, employment and explanations of laws, policies and regulations closely concerning users, and enhance its efforts to become a better service-oriented government platform.
